Two years after leaving Paris with a milestone climate agreement, the UNFCCC is about to meet again –in Bonn, Germany, on November 6-17. Here is a list of where to find BRACED at the COP:

 *Development & Climate Days

Where: Kameha Grand, Am Bonner Bogen 1, 53227 Bonn, Germany

When: Saturday November 11– Sunday November 12

The 15th annual D&C Days will continue to build on the topic of Global ambition, Local action. Climate resilience for all. Sessions will focus on resilience through empowerment and access to resources; valuing lived experience and local knowledge; transparency and downward accountability; and shared resilience.

*What is excellence in climate adaptation?

Where: Meeting room 10

When: Thursday November 9, 3pm – 4.30pm

How do we measure the impact of climate adaptation projects? Discussion about 'What is excellence in climate adaptation' from different perspectives.Panel discussion led by the Global Centre of Excellence on Climate Adaptation.

*Unblocking investment into climate resilience

Where: Meeting room 3

When: Monday November 13, 1.15pm – 2.45pm

This roundtable examines the barriers to investment into climate resilience in developing countries and the opportunities resilience presents for investment. It features examples of climate resilience investments by private and public actors and explores how to ensure finance reaches the local level.

*Why climate resilience matters for people in vulnerable countries

Where: Meeting room 6

When: Tuesday November 14, 11.30pm – 1pm

This event brings together high-level representatives from governments, private sector, international organisations and civil society to discuss successes in increasing climate resilience of countries and people most vulnerable to climate change.

*Working with nature to build climate-resilient and sustainable development

Where: Meeting room 2

When: Tuesday November 14, 3pm – 4.30pm

High level speakers from public and private actors will present and discuss success stories of nature-based solutions for disaster and climate risk reduction and adaptation at local and national levels across sectors for resilient and sustainable development.
